Car Parking Romford is based at The Mercury Mall, Mercury Gardens, Romford, RM1 3EE. The car park is ideally placed for visiting The Mercury Shopping Centre, and it’s just a short walk from Romford Station, The Liberty, and many local cafés and shops.
Our car park is open seven days a week, with access available from early morning until late evening. For specific opening and closing times, please refer to the signage on site or contact us directly.
Parking rates start at a low hourly fee, with daily and extended stay rates available. Full-day parking (up to 24 hours) is offered at a flat rate, giving you peace of mind during longer visits. All pricing details are clearly displayed on-site.
You can pay using card only at our on-site Pay Stations. We do not accept cash.
We also support Hozah® Autopay, a fully contactless system that charges your card automatically when you enter and exit – no tickets, no fuss.

Pay Stations are clearly located throughout the car park, including on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each machine is signposted and easy to access when you’re ready to pay.
Yes, we offer monthly, quarterly, and annual permits via Hozah®. This option is ideal for commuters, local workers, or regular shoppers. Permits can only be purchased online and are not available at Pay Stations.
To get a permit, you must create a free online account , permits cannot be bought at the Pay Stations.
No. Parking bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
No. All parking bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, we do not offer reservations.
Yes. The facility is monitored by 24-hour CCTV, and security patrols take place regularly throughout the day to ensure a safe environment for all visitors.
Yes. Designated disabled bays are available close to lifts and access points. If you require further support, our customer team is happy to assist during staffed hours.
Yes. We offer family-friendly parking bays, designed for parents with children under 12 or those using prams or child seats. These spaces are wider for easier loading and unloading.
No. This facility is reserved for standard cars only and does not include spaces for motorbikes, scooters, or bicycles.
Not at this time. EVs are welcome to park, but charging facilities are not currently available on site.
Yes, provided your vehicle does not exceed 2.05 metres in height, vans and minibuses are permitted to park.
No. We do not offer locksmith services or vehicle access assistance. If this happens, please contact your breakdown service provider.
No. There are no luggage or shopping trolleys available within the car park itself.
Yes. A professional car wash service is located within The Mercury Mall car park, offering both interior and exterior cleaning while you shop or explore.
